Recipient of the "What Career Can I Try Next" award,
Barbara has finally settled into the happy existence
as a small business owner.
When she’s not crunching
numbers or picking colors, Barbara dreams about
finding hidden pirate treasure, having cocktails with
David Sedaris, making perfect creme brulee and
waking up
to find she’s miraculously a size four.

I still haven't found that lovely pair of
ruby red slippers. Until then, I'll continue to
doodle, scribble thoughts and seek inspiring
doodads. I love a good rummage sale,
coaster bikes, the smell of a lead pencil,
fine paper, white space, and classic Aretha.
